How it Works
You make an appointment with a RentPurchase.com Home Specialist and meet at our office. After you provide us information about yourself you go through a free consultation about your needs and budget requirements, you learn about our program and how to be successful at it.
We then walk you through the homes on our website and determine if a few can meet your needs and we go with you to visit the homes. Once we choose a home, we finish the paperwork on that home and determine your move in date.
Prior to move in you will receive contact information from the Property Management and determine a date to meet at the home to do a walk-through. Property Management will provide a time for you to pick up the keys for the home close or on the srat date of your lease.
On the first full month of your lease you will be enrolled in our credit coaching program, you will need to meet with our Credit Coach to go over all your needs before the 15th of that month.
Credit Coaching will have monthly or quarterly contacts with you updating the progress you are making on your situation. As you near the proper numbers in your credit and financial ratios for a mortgage you will start working with one of our preferred lenders.
The lender will determine the closing date and soon you will own that home! Once you own the home you will fully enjoy the benefits and pride that come with owning your own home!
