How it Works
You make an appointment with a RentPurchase.Com Home Specialist and meet at our office. After you provide us information about yourself you go through a free consultation about your needs and budget requirements, you learn about our program and how to be successful at it.
We then walk you through the homes on our website and determine if a few can meet your needs and we go with you to visit the homes. Once we choose a home, we finish the paperwork on that home and determine your move in date.
Prior to move in you will receive contact information and determine a date to meet at the home to review for move in. You will immediately start your credit and financial coaching prior to move in.
You will arrange to pick up your keys from the office and move into your new residence!
The Coaching Team will have monthly or quarterly contacts with you updating the progress you are making on your situation. As you near the proper numbers in your credit and financial ratios for a mortgage you will start working with one of our preferred lenders.
Once the date is chosen you will own that home! Once you own the home you will fully enjoy the benefits and pride that come with owning your own home!
You must possess the desire to work hard and consistent to achieve homeownership, we have the tools you need to make it a reality.
