Q: How much money will I need?
A: This depends on your monthly budget and your price point of the home you choose. Any initial investment will be credited back to you at closing.
Q: Are there any other credits?
A: Yes - you will earn a predetermined credit per month for the first 12 months that will accumulate for you as a credit at closing.
Q: Will I be responsible for maintenance and repairs?
A: Yes, you act as if this is your home and must take care of it and maintain it. Any major repairs will be handled by the Property Owners insurance if it qualifies.

Q: How long does it
take to "own" from paying my rent?
A: You will eventually have to qualify for you own mortgage to buy the
house. Our program allows you to rent the house you want to buy, and then assists
you to become a qualified buyer. We try to help you obtain ownership in the fastest way possible.
Q: When I sign a lease option,
can I be forced to buy the home?
A: This is just an option to purchase. If it turns out you cannot buy the
home, you will not be forced to, you will lose your option fee and any credits.
Q: Why should I use your pogram as opposed to others?
