As soon as you choose one of our RentPurchase.Com homes, it's time for you to meet with our lender and credit coaching team to get started on your "Pathway to Ownership." When you are in one of our homes, this program is FREE. If you are not ready to get into a home you can receive the same benefits for a small monthly investment by joining our Homebuyers Club.
Your first contact will be our lender who will officially start your mortgage application and give you good advice on how to best achieve the goals of obtaining a mortgage in the fastest possible way. Our purpose is to guide and assist your efforts in updating your credit, reducing your debt and getting your background ready for loan submittal and approval for a mortgage.
Every month, you will receive dispute updates (enrollment is required) from the credit companies. IT IS CRITICAL THAT THESE FORMS GET SENT BACK IMMEDIATELY TO THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. IT IS ALSO CRITICAL THAT YOU MEET ANY DEBT REDUCTION PAYMENTS THAT YOU SET UP WITH YOUR CREDIT COACH.
Included in your membership program are other features such as: LifeLock - identity protection, home budgeting, tax referral service, and a host of other services.
As you move through the program, you will be receiving contact from one of the coaching team members to see how you are doing and to check up on your progress.
Monthly newsletters will give you tips on how to improve and reminders with encouragement to meet your goals.
We are only part of the solution, it's your "desire and actions" that will get you to own the home you're in!
