You make an appointment with RentPurchase.Com store and meet at our Store. After you provide us information about yourself you go through a FREE consultation about your needs and budget requirements, you learn about our program and how to be successful at it.

We then walk you through the homes on our website and determine if a few can meet your needs and we go with you to visit the homes. Once we choose a home, we finish the paperwork on that home and determine your move in date.

Prior to move in you will receive contact information and determine a date to meet at the home to review for move in. You will immediately start your credit and financial coaching prior to move in.

You will arrange to pick up your keys from the office and move into your new residence!

The Home Buyer´s Club Team will have monthly contact with you updating the progress you are making on your situation. As you near the proper numbers in your credit and financial ratios for a mortgage you will start working with one of our preferred lenders.

They will finalize the mortgage process and set up your closing date with you at which time you can fully enjoy the benefits and pride that come with owning your own home!
